Owner & FounderBETH AVERSAI was born and raised in Memphis, TN. In 2002, our family moved to Chicago, IL for 10 years and my husband and I raised our two beautiful children. We decided to move back to the south in 2012, and have been back in Memphis ever since. When doing so, we saw the overwhelming problem of stray and abandoned dogs in the Midsouth area. We felt a need to do our part in helping the problem, and that is how Blues City Animal Rescue came about!
