Who We Are...
Blues City Animal Rescue is a non-profit rescue group committed to helping the homeless pets of the Midsouth. We are funded by adoption fees and donations. These donations and adoption fees cover the cost of heart-worm treatment, spays and neuters, community outreach programs including spays and neuters for those who cannot otherwise afford it, and medical care for those who need it for their pets but are unable to pay for it.
In order to continue pulling dogs from overcrowded shelters and rescuing abandoned and neglected dogs off of the streets, we rely solely on fosters volunteering their loving home and time. We strive to place these dogs in loving homes locally as well as the New England area.

How We Started...
We started Blues City Animal Rescue 9 years ago because we wanted to help homeless, hopeless and forgotten dogs find their way to a new and better life. Our focus is on helping the helpless, rehabilitating the needy, and finding them their well deserved loving and forever homes!
Saving them all is an impossible task.
Knowing that, we invest our hearts and souls into saving as many as we can.
